• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and food-safety reasons, used cooking spoons or spatulas are not eligible for return.

• Requests made after the return window has expired

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
